Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your AuraAI account and all associated data at any time. This action cannot be undone.

Option 1: Delete in the App

  1. Open AuraAI on your device
  2. Go to Settings (Profile tab)
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm the deletion when prompted

This permanently deletes your account, wardrobe, outfits, try-on history, and all other personal data stored in our systems.

Option 2: Request by Email

If you cannot access the app, email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

Active Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. You must cancel your subscription separately through:

  • iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → AuraAI
  • Android: Google Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → AuraAI

What Gets Deleted

  • Your profile and account information
  • All wardrobe items and clothing photos
  • Saved outfits and outfit calendar entries
  • Virtual try-on history and generated images
  • Style DNA data and preferences
  • Discover activity and saved posts
