How does virtual try-on work?

Open your closet, tap any clothing item, then tap "Try On." Seam AI generates an image of you wearing the item using AI. Generation typically takes 10–30 seconds. You'll need a personal photo on file for try-on to work.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Go to your device's subscription settings, find Seam AI, and cancel. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. See our Terms of Use for details.

What are credits?

Premium plans include a monthly credit balance used for AI features: try-on images (2 credits), try-on videos (3 credits), and AI outfit suggestions (1 credit). Credits reset each billing cycle.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Delete Account in the app, or visit our Delete Account page for step-by-step instructions.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your photos and outfits are private by default. We never sell your data. Virtual try-on sends your personal photo and selected clothing images to our AI image provider Runware; AI outfit suggestions send your text request and wardrobe metadata via OpenRouter to model providers such as Google and Anthropic. The app asks for your explicit permission before that sharing. Try-on processing images are deleted from our systems after generation. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.

Who receives my photos for virtual try-on?

When you use Virtual Try-On, Seam AI sends your personal photo and the clothing images you selected to Runware solely to generate the try-on result. You will be asked for permission in the app before this happens. See Third-Party AI Services in our Privacy Policy.

How do I sign in?

Seam AI supports sign-in with email, Apple, or Google. Create a new account or use your existing credentials to get started.
