How does virtual try-on work?
Open your closet, tap any clothing item, then tap "Try On." AuraAI generates an image of you wearing the item using AI. Generation typically takes 10–30 seconds. You'll need a personal photo on file for try-on to work.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Go to your device's subscription settings, find AuraAI, and cancel. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. See our Terms of Use for details.
What are credits?
Premium plans include a monthly credit balance used for AI features: try-on images (2 credits), try-on videos (3 credits), and AI outfit suggestions (1 credit). Credits reset each billing cycle.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Delete Account in the app, or visit our Delete Account page for step-by-step instructions.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your photos and outfits are private by default. We never sell your data. Try-on images are processed server-side and automatically deleted after generation. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
How do I sign in?
AuraAI supports sign-in with email, Apple, or Google. Create a new account or use your existing credentials to get started.
