This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we collect it, how we use and disclose it (including sharing with third-party AI services), and the choices you have when you use our mobile application and related services (the "Service").

Some Seam AI features use third-party artificial intelligence (AI) providers to generate results. When you use those features, limited personal data is transmitted to those providers solely to perform the requested generation. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not allow third-party AI providers to use your data to advertise to you.

Photos and AI prompts are sent only when you actively use the related feature. Account credentials and payment card numbers are never sent to these AI providers.

4.2 Your permission before sharing with third-party AI

Before we first transmit personal data to a third-party AI provider for these features, the Seam AI app will:

If you decline, the related AI feature will not send your data to that third-party AI provider and will not run. You may withdraw permission later in the app (Settings). Withdrawing permission stops future sharing for those features; it does not undo processing that already completed while permission was granted.

Disclosure only in this Privacy Policy or in our Terms of Use is not a substitute for that in-app permission prompt.

4.3 Retention and training

We use third-party AI providers as processors to deliver the feature you requested. Try-on processing images are retained by us only for as long as needed to complete generation, then deleted from our systems as described in Section 8. We instruct providers to process data for the generation request and not to use your personal content to train their general-purpose models where the provider offers that contractual option; provider practices may also be described in their own privacy policies linked below.

Virtual try-on images are processed on our servers and via the AI providers described above, and are automatically deleted from our systems after generation as described in this policy. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Try-on processing images are retained only for the duration needed to complete generation, then deleted from our systems.

Network and traffic logs that include IP addresses are retained for between one and two years where required for legal compliance as a hosting provider under Turkish Law No. 5651 (yer sağlayıcı), and to respond to lawful requests. These logs record request time, network address, endpoint/action, and associated account id when signed in — not the content of posts. Account deletion removes your profile and UGC but does not erase traffic logs before the end of this retention period.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

10. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including by the third-party AI and infrastructure providers listed in this policy. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information in accordance with this privacy policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Material changes to how we share personal data with third-party AI providers will also be reflected in the in-app permission experience where required.
